How is the Ball Aptitude Battery different from other assessment tests?
Most other assessments used in career counseling provide subjective information about interests or personality. While this is very helpful, an aptitude assessment like the Ball Aptitude Battery provides objective information on an individuals’ potential to learn the skills required for specific tasks, which are related to jobs. Knowledge of your unique aptitude profile helps you identify jobs and work environments that are a good match for you, which increases you chance of long-term satisfaction and success on the job.
