Our team in front of our mascot, Top Cow

Your relationship with Career Vision begins with a refreshing contact with real people who are the best in the field and love what they do. Career Vision is comprised of a group of people with multi-disciplinary skills: Psychology, Counseling, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, and Workforce Development and Education, to name a few.

We are all contributing members of a unique operating research foundation called The Ball Foundation. As a specialized career service and research hybrid, our team requires expertise from a variety of fields and experiences. Our staff members all have advanced degrees and a minimum of seven years work experience. Many have much more experience than that to offer.

More importantly, Career Vision has attracted professionals who are committed to our model of self-discovery and self-development. They truly put the “care” in career.
