We are very excited to offer our clients the EQ-I Emotional Intelligence Assessment Skill Development Program.
The EQ-I 2.0 Intelligence Assessment measures five aspects of emotional and social skills:
- Self- awareness – understanding your emotions
- Self-expression – expressing your emotions
- Interpersonal – develop and maintain relationships
- Decision-making – use emotions to make better decisions
- Stress Management – cope with challenges
These are essential skills used in collaborative projects, leadership roles, dealing with difficult people or situations and more.
This is a stand-alone program currently only available to our clientele. The assessment itself can be taken online in about 15 minutes. The results can be shared in our office, over the phone or through Go to Meeting in a 1.5 hour session. EI is a unique offering and is not included in the free aptitude-based follow up consultations.
What is included in the EQ-I 2.0 Intelligence Program?
In addition to a 1.5 hour consultation in which your consultant provides an orientation to Emotional Intelligence and reviews the interpretation of your unique results, you will receive a 20 page written report with tips and information about your EI profile. As a bonus during the program launch you will receive a copy of EQ Edge, Emotional Intelligence and Your Success. This book will allow you to further investigate the relationship between EI skills and the workplace and consider developing your own action plan.
Emotional Intelligence captures your profile at a given time. It enables you to identify areas of personal development that could be improved by deliberate skill building. Many adults elect to continue coaching sessions to expand their skills, situational awareness, and performance on the job. These elective 50 minute coaching sessions are fee-based.
